- Q: THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT. IS IT COMING BACK?
The way we source our fabrics and produce our collections means that some of our items are only available in small quantities and may, therefore, be sold out. Please note that the majority of our pieces are limited edition and will not be returning in the future.
- Q: WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF AN ITEM IS AVAILABLE FOR PREORDER?
The nature of our products means they sell out quickly and this allows us to hold your place to make sure you get what you want. The item will be shipped by the date shown in the product description. In certain circumstances, preorder dates are subject to change. Please note that your card will be charged fully when a preorder is placed. This is the only way we can allocate the item to you.
- Q: WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. However feel free to email Customer Service at [email protected] and one of our representatives will do their best to accommodate your change. Changes will be accommodated only for orders if wrong style, wrong color, or wrong size was placed.
- Q: CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
We allow exchanges for domestic orders only and can be processed via our returns portal HERE.
All international orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time.

- Q: HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Most orders shipped within the United States can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
You can visit this link to view our return policy and return your order. The return shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.
Items purchased as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.
All international orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time.

Authentic Cult Gaia products are available on our website and at our stockist's locations. Please contact Customer Service for specific inquiries.
Our company does not offer merchandise for sale through individuals, flea markets, unauthorized retail locations, or at auctions.

As one cohesive unit, we participate in numerous enforcements such as taking legal actions against counterfeits through takedown of the counterfeit websites.
- Q: CAN I REPORT A COUNTERFEIT WEBSITE?

Cult Gaia Eau De Parfum consists of three scents, Noor, Mast and Zan. Noor embodying ‘light’, Mast evoking ‘intoxicating ecstasy’, and Zan representing ‘woman’. Each scent is a thoughtful blend of contrasts. Grounding elements such as rich woods and earthy resins evoke a sense of strength and stability while ethereal botanicals offer a gentle, airy escape. - Q: ARE YOUR PERFUMES CLEAN?
All Cult Gaia Eau de Parfums are formulated without parabens, sulfates, phthalates, BHA, BHT, mineral oils, formaldehydes, and formaldehyde-releasing agents, and are vegan and cruelty-free.
- Q: HOW DO YOU APPLY CULT GAIA PERFUME?
Apply to the neck, inner wrists, wherever you like to apply your scent!
To store the fragrance effectively, keep in a cool dark place, out of direct sunlight, and removed from any high-humidity environments.
Do not refrigerate. Proper storage will extend the life of your fragrance.
- Q: ARE THERE COMPLEMENTARY FRAGRANCE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE?
Yes, we also sell candles in each of the three scents.

- Q: WHAT IS YOUR FRAGRANCE RETURN POLICY?
FRAGRANCE - SHIPPING
Orders placed with Cult Gaia will generally ship out within 2 business days. If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled - due to stock, payment or otherwise - we will contact you via email. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Fragrances that arrive damaged or defective can be returned or exchanged, even if opened. Customers should contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product to report any damage or defect. Please note that exchanges are due to product availability.
FRAGRANCE - RETURNS &
EXCHANGES
The fragrance must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, including any seals or cellophane wrapping intact. Products that have been opened, tested, or used cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
If returning an unopened fragrance, please ensure the fragrance is securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping.
If a fragrance product was received as a gift, the return will be processed as store credit, provided it meets the return conditions stated above.
ALL international orders are considered final sale, meaning they are non-returnable, non exchangeable, and non-refundable.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Customers are encouraged to sample the fragrance in-store or purchase our Discovery Set as opened fragrances cannot be returned. For a list of our retail locations please visit our Stores page.
